Walked 2 miles,  and did 2 Crunch fitness videos.   I'll X later and do my sit ups.

You know what scares me about your workout?  For you its a light day.      Your sit ups alone would take most folks out.

500 sit ups are a lot and my stomache is sore as hell but I love how tight it feels.  Yeah I workout a lot and most people can't do it, bu****ching that show I Use to Be Fat makes me want to workout even more.

I am on a mission.  Can you tell.

 I did 45 min on the treadmill and physical therepy for about 45 mins which was another workout.
