COUCH POTATO MACHINE

A little something to burn a calorie or two when sitting on my @$$.  Peddle and read, watch tv, surf on line etc.  Every bit of calorie burn counts. 



Had the idea of ages ago but today I finally figured out how to make it work.  Sixteen pounds of free weight s keeps it in place.  These pedle things are available i lots of catalogs that appeal to old people.  Got it from an old person.

 Enjoy your workouts! That is one way to make it happen. I did the bike at physical therepy the other day and I must say it was pretty darn nice. I might look into getting myself one later down the road when I return back to work. LOL> I use to despise the bike.

If you're just beginning to exercise I suppose this could be your staring point.    It won't rate as a workout for me.   Its just to burn a few extra calories while relaxing.
