Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses

Tell the whole truth and be accountable.
What demons are plagueing you this week?  Is it food cravings, grazing, portion control, etc?  Or, perhaps its a lack of motivation to exercise to the level you should?

Face those demons head on.  You may struggle, but you will be able to master those demons.  Eventually.  With patience.  With perserverance.  We can do this.  We will do this.

I'm over my calorie plan for the day because my deficit was too high.  I need to make some revision's for the total week's plan.  Still holding to induction level net carbs and trying to raise my fat ratio a bit.  Plenty of liquids, but no plain water.

Wow your protein intake is so impressive.  I only wish I could get that much in.  I am going to try to kick it up and get to 90 today,  I will be so dam stuffed.  LOL.

I am working my ass off.   I already walked 2 miles this morning and did a crunch workout.   I am going to do X later and my sit ups.    Man I am kicking ass.

My eating was awesome yesterday.

I really do live by protein first.  Three to four oz as the base of three meals, preferably dense.  Everything else is just a filler.  When I want a treat I grab an atkins or south beach bar or use protein powder in any home made sweets.

That makes low carb easier for me.  I only have enough room left for some veg.  If I go for the simple carbs I can eat virtually unlimited and stay hungry.

Day 32, and I feel like I am dragging now. I just need to find that extra energy and push forward. Kids make it that much harder. Just trying to stay on track through all the obstacles.

Hi all,
Did ok except got off my plan a tad.  Talking on the phone, I started snacking on the chicken sitting on the stove for DH.  It was not in my original plan and so my carbs got higher than planned.  Otherwise all is well.  Should have got on treadmill even though I did body electric cause I had the energy.  Today will be a treadmill day.

Where do you find deer jerky, and how does it taste? Is it anything like beef jerkey? Is it tough?

Lee I live in Kentucky.  Where hunting is the name of the game.  A friend hunts her own land so usually she shoots several during bow season and I pay to have it processed.  Most times I just have it ground up w/o any fat added.  Then you make your own or purchase jerky seasonings for wild meat.  Since my meat is ground I mix the seasonings w/ 2 lbs of ground deer and let it sit overnight.  I have a jerky gun so then I load it up, squirt it out on the dehydrator and let it dry for 24 hrs.
No my deer jerky is not tough.  Yes it is like beef jerky. To me it tastes better than beef and a whole lot cheaper.  Don't know if you have a Rural King (a farm implement store) but they sell it.
Born and raised city but taught the survival skills of country.  Except that I'm terrified of guns.  LOL
