Regarding moving the body. I again did 30 minutes of body electric. Will probably add a little time on the treadmill.

I hope everything goes well.
Nothing for me today - had a client 'dinner' that lasted till 9:30pm - I'd run 4miles that morning - I was TIRED this morning and said f-it to kettlebells and all and slept an extra 45min.
tomorrow will be core week 4!
