Whos going back to the GYM????

Ok, for the last 3 weeks I have been hitting the gym 5 days a week dor 45- hour of workouts.. Who wants to join me in my 2011 beach body( wishful thinking) but we can do it.. We have all motivated cried and praised one another through good times and bad... Who wants to be on this journey with me??  I am not looking to loose weight as much as I want to tone up.. I would love to loose 20 lbs but if 176 is where I am going to stay at them so be it.. But at least I want to tone it up so my thighs don't jiggle like jello and my arms don't want to catch a wind and take me away.. At least my but remained tight and there is no joiggle in that just a slight shake...lol...  Anyway come on everyone we can do it.. Beach bodies ahead.......

back to the gym?  Hmm - never left!!!! LOL

I was there this morning 5am - 4miles, 50:18 min.  Tues and Thurs are my run days - MWF are kettlebells at the crib

sunday - 6.2mile (10K) run

not working toward a 'beach' body - or even a goal - that's just my schedule. PERIOD.  so, after the summer...same schedule.  In the fall?  Same schedule.  Christmas time come up - same schedule...........

I see a lot of 'goals' and 'projects' on fitness here - I think that's another one of our missteps at times as WLS patients - you set the beach body goal, get it, but then it's fall and you say -'well I'm wearing sweaters now, so I can relax' - nah....... after they lose the 15, 20 or whatever - it's back to margaritaville...... so - I say just plan for the schedule........

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

I'd like to see a few good BAF challenges going again like the ones that drew me here to begin with.  While I'm not looking for a 'beach body', I'm doing it for the long haul anyway.  I'll throw in my support.

Like Ms#1MM, I'm working it because I need to work it every day.  I don't do the gym anymore.  Not since I realized the only thing there I can't do at home is the eliptical.  I can support you burning the calories in my livingroom.

Don't do gyms, 

But I am working out 2 1/2 hour a day trying to get slim in 156 days,  so i'm on in like chafe on a fat girls inner thighs.

Well do to my GI bleeds one in October and one in December I was unable to excercise but I am back now.. I have a goal to get that beach body which was always my goal..Will I ever get it probably not.. But I wont hide myself under sweaters cause I think I look great for having WLS.. I just want to ensure I keep myself motivated.. I need something for motivation and the beach body was the first thing that came to mind.Then it is something else in the fall.. I dont over eat during the holidays cause I make sure that I can still fit into my jeans.. I will not take myself down that slippery past that I had with weight gain.. At all most 4 years out and still maintaining I decided to take it up a notch and loose that last 20 lbs I so desperately want.. You have to strive for something or fall for nothing.... Well ... did my gym today and did 45 minutes on the eliptical 20 minutes on the treadmill.. did weights and worked on legs.. Tomorrow is 45 minutes on the eliptical and hour for my bodycombat class..... till we talk again ladies... Everyone be safe and stay blessed! I've joined gyms several times and only went for a minute while i paid for a years or so. i just exercise at home every day in the winter, and walk during the spring,summer and fall. this year, i am going to do aerobics in the morning and do a two mile walk at night to lose those last 35 lbs.
