This morning I woke up feeling overwhelming Blessed!!! I feel strong, I feel successful! I feel like loving me and those around me! I can move I can have the control over my decisions to not abuse my body with food! I can do all things through Christ who Strengthens me! I am CHAR! and no one else can be me! I so grateful for all my friends on here who encourage me! THANK YOU! There are days that I may feel low, BUT TODAY!!!! I will enjoy the ride on Cloud 9!!!! Have a marvelously wonderfully blessed day all of you!!! MUAH
