so this morning i was up before the alarm went off at 4:30...Woot!  Bodypump class was ON!  i should have been doing this.  the women in this class (the regulars) had arms like Michelle Obama.  they had that nice V shape going on.  i wanna be like them!!!  i may get on the dreadmill later for some cardio.

i came across this quote and thought it was fitting:

Did Body Electric this morning for 30 minutes.  She worked with weights today .  It was good for me. Hope all do well.
