HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! ACCOUNTABILITY TUESDAY
Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses
Tell the whole truth and be accountable. Did you begin your week strong? Is this week's plan in place? Do you like what's in store for your week?
The wls life is hard but it need not be miserable. We don't get to quit even after regain. We still have all the issues of post wls folks plus we're obese again too.
Think about what you like and dislike. Look at how others work their tool on OH and on other sites. Find recipies that sooth your cravings.
You get my point don't you? Make a plan that includes what you enjoy. A plan you like will be easier to stick with. Well, duh!
...All are welcome, jump in at anytime.

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Yesterday was ok. Still not enough water and no exercise. I was too tired from this weekend, but I stay low in calories. Day 30 and still trying even though the scale is so cruel. LOL. I have to love the scale not showing me what I want to see. I know eventually it will have to budge and show me somethng else. Let seee what another 30 days is going to bring me. So much hardwork just to lose 10 pounds. My goodness. But It will be all worth it. 20 pounds to go. When they say the last 30 is the hardest they aint never lied.
U bet your bottom dollar we never lied, its hard to lose those last 30. Point in case, about a year an half ago I needed to lose 30. It took so long I decided to gain 20. Just hang in there and keep working it.
Take care,
Z
