Crazy Woman Workouts has Begun.....157 days left

So I got up and did my P90X workout and then I went for a walk which killed my left knee. Those knee bones were grinding like crazy, but I was able to walk 1.50 miles and it took me a whooping 23:45 min. That is slow as a dam turtle, but the pain makes me walk slow but the point is I did it and i'm happy. I'm going to look around for a brace that elevates the knee cap, I know I saw them online and they are expensive as hell but I have a goal.
So today I have worked out 1 hour 23 min and 45 seconds. I am going to do 500 sit ups after I come from the eye doctor and a Taebo workout tonight, so that will give me 2 hours and 15 minutes.
My daily goal is 2 - 2 1/2 hours of working out per day. If my knee gets bad I will cut out the walking.
That knee sounds painful. It reminds me of my dad's before his replacements. No cartalidge left. Would a perscription brace or a brace fitted by an orthepedist help?
I'm working it today but I have to scale back. The harder you push the weaker you get with ms. I really want to get my heart rate up every day this week. Mine will be the invalid version of the crazy woman work out.

I have a prescription brace and it doesn't work well, but I saw these braces made especially for kneecap rubbing on the other bone lol, I don't know the name of it. So i'm going to try to find those again.
I am not thinking about no dam scale because that would be a sure fire way for me to **** up my head, my plan, and not see my moma. Scales hate me and I hate them, i'm going according to clothes size and my tight ass jeans.
