It's Monday: How will YOU move to lose today?

well i got up at 4:30 and went to the spinning class...let's just say my butt hurts!!!

i would normally do Zumba today, but i don't think i will.  that spinning class wore me out! 

how will YOU move today?

I am an early morning person too.  Did the whole basic portion of Zumba so I hurt from the waist down.  But I did it and I'm happy.  If my eating goes well it will be a great day.  If it doesn't well I can be proud of accomplishing my workout. It's all good.

30 minute power walk at lunch and exercise DVD tonight or gym.

I did kettleworx cardio week 4 this morning - OUCH!!! lol - that's all I ever say about these dang workouts! 

I'm looking forward to running 4 miles tomorrow morning tho!

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......
