I'm slightly off on both carbs and ratios.    I made a last minute change in my plan without tracking it before I ate.  Now I pay the price.

Wednesday

   Fat(g)    Carbs(g)    Net C(g)    Prot(g)    KCals
80.72 27.88 19.28 157.46 1487

Calorie Breakdown:   Carbohydrate (7%)
  Fat (49%)
  Protein (44%)

Over induction carbs by 8g, but within my 10% limit.  Off on fat ratio by 1%.  Calories on point.  It was my high cal day of my higher cal week.  Fingers crossed, the lowered fats won't throw off my wl for the week.

Blew it last night with the dam sugar free Doves.    I made it through the entire day and then last night I got home from school and was so stressed I had 2 of them and a cup of coffee.   I only have 1 scoop of coffee left and i'm not going to get anymore and I took the Dove and put them in the trunk of Becca's car so I can't get to them.

I know having 2 sugar free Dove candies is no big deal but it's about keeping my greedy ass under control.   I am still in control but I need to not eat the Dove because I know it is a slippery slope to losing my focus.

I have to applaude you for stopping at two.  When I buy those damned blasted dove dark I have to take out one serving and throw the rest away right in the walgreen's parking lot.  If I don't I will eat the entire bag for sure.

I understand perfectly the learning to stay in control thing.  That's why I keep certain foods out of the house.  That's why I log into OA meetings to stop myself from grabbing a snack.  I wish I had a pill to give me nausea when temptation gets overwhelming.

Mornin
Wednesday's eating went ok.  Exercise still consistent.  I looked at the calorie calculator and it indicates not enough calories.  How do you eat well, keeping carbs low and enjoy it.  I could get the calories up and do the cycling plan but afraid of poor choices.
Here's what I ate yesterday

Congrats on the exercise!

Your calories always looked low to me but that works for a lot of people.  I went deep into starvation mode as a newbie and surgeon set my calories at 1100 five weeks out.  It was a terrifying thought with everyone else eating 600 or so.

I eat mainly lean protein and veg mostly.  You can eat a lot of leafy veg and salad for few carbs.  (Sadly, I am a binge eater.  A low cal, low carb binge eater.  I used to binge on shredded lettuce, spinach, and angel hair cabbage yet still average 35 carbs a day.)

i slipped a bit yesterday and fell into a candy binge yesterday........

oh well - time to get back on it!  Kettleworx would have been my workout this morning, but because they are predicting ice and snow tomorrow morning which I would have been going to the gym, I went to the gym this morning and knocked out 4 miles in 51:08.  I'm right at 'cruising' speed to hit my 1hr 20min finish time for a 10k - which would put me where I need to be to hit under 3 hrs for a half marathon.  My 'stretch' goal for the half is 2 hrs 45min.

Still kicking in on the vitamins, water is a challenge everyday, but it's going down.

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

 Good morning!
Yesterday I did pretty well. I kept my calories on point, liquid could have been better but I think I got in about 70 oz. I did my 45 min on the treadmill and light weights. Vitamins on point. Did my labs and I am hoping for a good turnout. I should know something next week. I had a night snack before I went to bed. I had some calories to spare so I had myself a pear and some light ruffles with half the calories. They were pretty good. I am hoping to make it through today because yesterday was a beyond stressful day with the kids. If I was not in so much pain from Physical therepy I would have done another 3 miles on the TM just to relax and take my mind off of their behavior.

Congrats on pushing ahead with the cardio.  I like the ruffles light too but I can't keep them in the house.  It's like with the candy per my reply to MsLee.
