LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Places like vitamin shoppe or other stores that carry protein powder should have it. I know GNC does not carry it in my area. Whole foods does have it but way way over priced. Its easily found on line at netrition.com or vitamin shoppe.
Most protein ice cream recipes use whey protein, but I can't use whey. Whey or even soy may work just as well. Two brands I use are my preferred Healthy N' Fit Nutritionals, and second Jay Robb.
You could probably use pasturized liquid egg whites. They are safe to use raw. I have never tried it. I see no reason it won't work, but I'm no chef.
