Girl the board is totally geared to us fat asses who have regained.   You and me are in the same boat and i'm struggling my ass off to get it corrected.

Stick around and see what we discuss on here you might find it useful and you may have some ideas we can use.

We gotta get this **** together,  I don't want to be 275 again.

You are not the only one struggling.  We've just decided to struggle together.  You need a support system to get and stay on track.  On line, in person, meetings whatever, find support.  Few can be succesful alone.

Go back to the basics you learned as a newbie.  Hold yourself accountable for every minute of your day.  Track your food and exercise and calorie surplus.  Give yourself a visual of exactly why you are gaining weight.

Keep your short commings in your face.  Then make a plan to change them.

Once you start just keep going. Even when it feel impossible know that it is not. The hardest part for me starting back was changing my habits and sticking to it. When they say a "Life change" that is exactly what it is.
