monday came too quick!  i wasn't done with the weekend yet! 

i'm doing 1 hour interval training on the treadmill.

how are YOU moving today?

MSW will not settle

Last week's plan was too ambitious and I paid dearly for it.  Today its free weights.  I'm not certain if it will be cardio or hiit to get the heart rate up.  I'll have my plan for the week completed later today.

Power walk at lunch with weights and I will probably hit the gym tonight for 30 to 45 minutes for a quick work out. Today is my first day off of 10lb restriction since my bowel/hernia surgery.

Got on the treadmill this morning.  Planning a little Zumba in my life tonight.  Working to be consistent with exercise.
