Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses

Its barely dinner time in some places but I'm putting this up early for Tuesday.  Its not like the board is so lively it won't still be visible.  Big sigh. 

Have you evaluated how you began this year?  Tell the whole truth and be accountable.   What needs adjustment?  What is working well? 

Don't allow everyday mishaps and dissapointments to throw you out of focus.  It will always be a struggle, but giving up is not an option.  Review your plan.  Make adjustments.  If it is not working change it.  If it is working replicate it.

Not a bad day.  Carbs, protein, fats, liquids are all on target plus I got a lot of plain water in as well.  I have to finish my work out then one last feeding.  This is where I should land for the day.  Pray I don't screw it up.

I am going to count up all my calories today so that I can make sure i'm eating enough.  I have a feeling i'm eating way to few calories.

Becca is asking that I not workout for 5 days and see what happens, I may do it because I workout all the time and we know what happens.  Becca said the secret to her success is not working out and from the looks of it I believe it.

So we wil see, but I tell you if I don't workout for 5 days and my jeans start getting loose i'll be pist, but I would cease all working out until I hit my goal, but we will see, I did not workout today and I feel like a bum.

Tracking is a good idea.  I bet Becca has a decent metabolism.  Not too many people can loose and maintain with no exercise.  Do you know your metabolic rate?  Perhaps your calories don't support your heavy workouts.  I've read that too big a calorie deficit would slow your metabolism making weight loss much harder.  

We know muscle burns more calories than fat even when you're inactive.  Without exercise, wouldn't you just loose muscle and lower your metabolic rate making maintaining more difficult? 

I'm looking for a place to have my metabolism measured.  These calculatore are not working for me, never did.

All I know is I workout constantly and it doesn't work so i'll try not working out for a week and see what happens.   I don't know jack about my metabolism.

As far as Becca having a fast metabolism that is funny as hell cause we always say she probably has the slowest in the world, but her age and only having been on one diet in her life maybe she does.
She started eating really good again with me on the same day I did and you should see how big her jeans are on her.  It is like magic with her ass, but this time I'm not letting her success **** my head up.

This is my journey and for the first time, i'm excited about it.   Forget her skinny butt.  lol

 Yesterday yesterday yesterday...I made some liver! It was so good. I went back 3 times. Small amounts of course, but since it was fried I know the calorie count was high and I didn't save too many calories throughout the day for the evening, but I did exercise. I find on days when I do the light weights I am a little more hungry. I still did good though, but I am going to do even better today. Today is a new month and I am feeling good about sticking to my program. I am increasing my exercise which is a plus. I am also using daily plate to keep track of my foods and exercise. It lets me know how many calories I have left to eat to stay on track even including the exercise. So when i think I have eaten over I really have not because the exercise helps because those extra calories are burned.

That's right girl, managr that calorie deficit.  Its the best way to know exactly where you stand. 

I fry foods a few times a week to ensure I get enough fats.  I do not use any coating, just a dry rub with seasonings.

Seems like I don't get it all together at the same time but still trying.  Not eating what I should, carbs high, protein low.  Calories are ok but need to make them more beneficial.  Planning for a better tomorrow.  This is what I ate yesterday.
