What? No Sunday Dinner?

MSW will not settle

Had Sunday dinner at a friends home.   The menu was salad, stew chicken, rice and peas, sweet potatoes, macaroni & cheese, pie, and ice cream. 

I had chicken and salad.  No salad dressing just the gravy from the chicken and some hot sauce.  It was tourture but I made it through.   And, I left the to go plate alone. 

How was your Sunday dinner?  What's on my cybermeal menu today.

I had more of that Wild Turbot fish, man that stuff is so freaking good.

Got a call first thing Sunday morning regarding apartment fire.  Grandkids and ex-daughter in law doing fine but they lost everything.  Foodaholic that I am kicked in and it was a downhill day.  Not an excuse just made bad choices that I'll have to work out this week.  Easy to fall back into bad habits, hard work to retain the good.  Just life as it is today.
So here's what I ate Sunday.

Thank God your family is ok.  So sorry they lost their home.  Stressful situations often throw us off, but looks like you still managed to hold the total calories within reason.
