I have flounder and crab in the freezer.   Recipe please?  That looks delicious.  I had plannd to have Flounder and shrimp but had not decided how to prepare it yet. 

Saving carbs for cake.  Making an experimental lc desert today.  Protein powder, flax meal, lc bake mix, splenda.  Will post picture if it turns out good.

For the flounder all I do is spray my pan with pam get it hot,  thaw out the fish.   Throw it in the pan and cover it for a few min, take the cover off and let it sit on one side until crispy, then flip and crisp up the other side.    

Please post your recipe because I am really going to try some of these lc recipes and just suppliment my carbs in the way of fruits.    

Oh cream of tartar is a white powder that feel like baking soda.  It comes in a little red bottle.

I'm going to post a chocolate brownie cake recipe that came out pretty good.  The frosting needs help still. 

Wow, the fish is really easy.  I never thought to cover it.  I guess that's why mine does not brown like yours.  I'll do this tonight for meal four.

Covering it is not how I brown it,  I cover it to make sure it is cooked inside and it is only covered for a small amount of time.  To brown it I spray the pan raise the heat and let it crisp up before I turn it.

Mine falls apart and never browns nicely.  How high is the heat?  I always pre heat the pan but it neverr browns like yours.

The secret to stopping it from falling apart is to not mess with it a lot.  You have to get that pan really hot as if you were going to make blackened fish or something so that when you put it in you hear a sizzle and then leave it alone, don't turn it until one side is brown.  

I also use the Olive Oil pam spray and if you don't have any just put like 4 drops of oil in my pan and smear it around, the regular pam spay is not going to get it brown.

hi Lee,

the visuals are great.  Those pancakes, which are my favorite breakfast food, that i really eat anymore, look so yummy.  i went back a few post and didn't see the recipe.  can you post it soon so i can try them.  also, the fish meal looks good too.  what type of fish is that.   Take care.
