That was my day of eating today.  I will eat more tomorrow because I feel like I needed more calories today and I don't want my body to start getting use to a small amount of food because my muscles require quite a bit of calories.

LOL,  that is my 1/3 cup of coffee.  I am trying to wheen myself off of coffee so I have less and less each day.   LOL.

I will post the recipe for the pancakes when Becca gets home,  she makes it for me and leaves the batter in the fridge, all I have to do is take it out and pour it in a pan.

I get those susages from Costco, they are Jimmy Dean fully cooked Turkey susage and they are so freaking good.

Mmmm, looks good.  I like the jimmydean sausages too.

Flax and almond flour with protein powder are my standby substitutes for wheat flour.  I've been playing with combinations to get my protein powder in without shakes.   I'll soon have the perfect low carb protein baked goods.  I'll post recipes when perfected.

Oh yeah that is a good idea,  i'm going to see if the Beckster will be willing to add protein powder to the mix, especially considering we have two HUGE bottles of Jillian Michael's protein powder in the house that we both hate.

Oh Marcia you know those bun things that you posted about yesterday on that other board, you had them as a hamburger bun,  well I make those all the time.  Before I started eating these pancakes those are the only ones I use to eat.    You can add different things to them to give them different tastes.   The secret to fluffy ones is to whip the **** out of those egg whites, if not they fall flat in the oven.

Yeah I was spying on you,  I need some diversion last night.

We call that browsing not spying, lol.

Thanks for the tip on the egg whites.  I had to get the cream of tarter so I'll try them this weekend.  (What the hell is cream of tarter anyway?)  They look really good.

The one person on that board who tried them did not get it right.  I figure I'd add a little rosemary to mine and brush with olive oil once they are done.

I have a protein/flax/ lc bake mix chocolate brownie cake recipe I think I have right now.  I'll write it up and post it after I test it again.

I usually eat mine with some cream cheese smeared ontop and with syrup,  I usually call them pancakes too.   They are realy good like that.

That sounds good.  It will be breakfast tomorrow.  I luv cream cheese.

Its one of the few dairy products I can eat most of the time.  Plus it helps me to get enough fat without that greasy taste I hate.

I can't remember if the recipe you have has it or not, but when I make them as pancakes I put in 3 packs of splenda so they are sweet.  I put it in the egg yokes and blend it with that and the cream cheese before adding it to the whipped up egg whites.

Thanks.  I saw the version with splenda but I was thinkimg savory so I ignored it.  I'm pretty sure this version is in the link to the recipe site.  I only pasted the basics and included the link in the thread.

Those buns look soooo good and I'm not big on bread.  I am looking forward to trying this reipe.  I need to post it to BAF also.
