Happy Friday BAF!!!  i'll be getting in 3 miles on the treadmill today and at least 5 miles tomorrow.

3.1 on the treadmill today - gotta get a long run in this weekend - my half marathon is in 3 weeks!!!! 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

I shoveled enough snow yesterday 2 count for 2 days of exercise!! But I walked in the snow before work this morning & I will do 30 min on treadmill this evening.

Today cardio, strength, hiit. 
Tomorrow abs, hiit. 

Yesterday I made up part of Wednesday's missed workout.  I'll finish the remainder over the weekend.   There will be no skipped sessions for me this week.

Still using insanity.  I don't really like the program but I own it so I'm going to use it.  Instead of going through it like the first go round I just select the workouts I prefer. 

The plus is no equipment needed, you really work up a sweat, and the ab workouts are great.  No situps/ crunches.  The minus is its repetitive and dull. 

Anyone can put together a hiit program with the basic moves from high school gym.  All out jumping jacks, squat thrusts, lunges, push ups etc for three minutes followed by 30 sec rest/ light movements then repeat.  I'd love to splice the segments of insanity i like together as a custom workout but I'm not that ambitious.

I did 30 minutes on treadmill today.  Working on regular exercising.
Planning to do Zumba tomorrow.
