My lunch and dinner.
Roastred Veggies and Chicken (not shown) Zuchini, yellow squash, red bell pepper, asargus, garlic, tomatoes.
This is before roasting. I don't have any plan, i'm just eating a lot of colorful veggies, and fruits, and healthy grains and all that bull you always hear. Well i'm hoping that bull will work for me, nothing else has.

There is evoo drizzled on top you just can't see it in the picture.
I just hope that eating this Mediterian style, will work for me, because nothing else has so I am pretty much just eating like Becca eats.
I said Mediterian Style, i'm not on any diet, it's just what I think is a clean, healthy way of eating.
I think i'll post my breakfast pictures in the morning, maybe this may be helpful to someone or myself even.

I really have to start eating more meat. I don't track how many grams I eat but I do keep a food long on the back of my numbered pages hanging on the wall.
I will have to count them up and see how much protein i'm consuming. I know I need to kick it up big time. I'm going to do that tomorrow.
