i'm still at home today so i'll most likely do some treadmill work or elliptical.

MSW will not settle

Yesterday the body yelled no.  Wound up resting all day.  I hope I can do my full program today plus a little extra.   I want my week to be whole. 

I'm scheduled for abs and hiit today.  I hope to make up yesterday's cardio or strength session.   Wish I could do both but I know better.

I'm already X'ed up for the day and i'll be walking for a half hour later if my knees allow.

I did 30 minutes of Zumba on Thursday.  It is definitely gotta be the treadmill today.
