The no op version.  This version is still severe but far more liberal than the one many pre ops are given.

Daily calorie needs calculator
A more advanced calculator that's still easy to use.
Advanced option lets you choose from  3 different calculation methods.  Enter data once for calorie needs at maintenance;  plus calorie needs for 2 different levels of weight loss; and, results include a week long calorie cycling plan.  Calculator  takes into account age and gender as well as activity level.  Links to other calculators are on the same page.

So far so good.  Right on plan for the week.  Today will be a tough one.  Fatigue has set in and all I want to do is sleep but I need my work out to hit my targets.  I don't know that I will get the full thing done but I will do something... then crawl back into bed.

Hooray for amphetamines.   Hopefully with some caffine they'll kick in with a little artificial energy.  If I can't be lively and energetic then stimulants will do me just fine.     Unless of course I still  crawl back into bed.

Job well done!
It feels so good not to let myself lose control with my foods. I keep telling myself I can only control what I eat and drink if nothing else in life, so I can't let that go.
Still doing good. I must admit each day it is starting to get a little more easy. Yesterday I did good in all areas. I did have some fried chicken for dinner, but it was one piece and the rest of my plate was filled with veggies. I still was on point with calories, fat, protein, and etc.

Good going!  Fried chicken is not so bad unless fried foods are a trigger for you or its cooked in a heavy batter or coating.  Glad you are staying on point.

You're doing a good job sticking with your plan too.  I am really pushing for ketosis but my body does not get there easily even during induction.  Hopefully I stay under 20g for five days.  If no ketosis by then, I'll have to up the fat ratio.
