I am so happy to say that I made it through the night successfully. I got up and ate 3 blueberries and then got really involved in a computer game.
Last night was pretty much a new age miracle because it has been months that I have been able to resist eating at night. I feel so happy.

Congratulations MsLee! I could never eat 3 bluberries. Its a pint or nothing, lol. All or nothing is my problem. I think I've figured out my night eating. TOM! That would explain why it comes and goes. Once again even if I'm hungry lazy wins as long as I keep certain things out of the house. Like peanut butter and a spoon.
