Starting weight 368 lbs..Today 159 lbs. Total weight loss 209 lbs...my average weight is 165-170.

It has been a challenging year. I have been hospitalize 3xs. My best friend commited suicide. Job cuts, breakups, and breakdowns. More tears than I thought I had. Glad to say had more smile than tears.

I am still standing and thanking GOD I am hear to be a walking testimony.

I am proud of my damn self and if you have a problem with that, then you deal with it. I dont have the time.

I have come to realize that nothing happens to me but for me...

The only person that is with us our entire life, is ourselves. Live while you are alive
