Tuesday: How are YOU moving today?

so, the plan was to go to the body pump class at 5:15 this morning.  my body didn't agree with that plan.  Zumba wore me out yesterday!!!  i'll listen to my body and rest.  hopefully i can incorporate body pump next week.

maybe i'll hop on the treadmill later on and WALK a few miles.

 Kettleworx Week 3 - Cardio - WOW!!!

I actually did a few crossover push ups - this is the move:  When I started week 1 - I tried that shyt one good time and said F-YOU!!!! lmaoooo - I didn't last the whole interval in the DVD, but I am getting stronger - being able to do 4 is serious progress for me.  Tomorrow - treadmill in the gym time!!!

hey Mack  the Y is offering a kettlebell class.  unfortunately, they are only offering one and it's on a wednesday night...same time as Zumba...ugh!  i'll definitely check it out tho, but not for another week or two.  Congrats on the progress!
