I hesitate to write and ask this here, but
....does anyone here actually struggle to stay above the goal weight line? I realize that I'm early out too, only about a year and a half, but I reached goals and beyond on target, or early. Now I'm maintaining and getting in my vits, protein and water still. I'm never really hungry, eat about 5-6 times a day, workout 3-4 times a week. I eat small portions for nourishment whether I want to or not. If I miss eating or increase workouts, the weight just drops! I've lost a little over 130 lbs which is about 10-15 lbs below my goal, and struggle to stay right where I am. I'm about at a size 6 now and never really wanted to be less than a 10. Is "re-bound" weight waiting around the corner, 2-3-6 years down the road, and I shouldn't worry about the continued weight loss now? I'm not really worried about it at this point, but after reading the vets stories of stuggle with re-gain, I just wonder if anyone else can relate to this?
I have a dear friend who has stuck with me from day one with this, and I asked me to hold me accountable and tell me when I've gone too far left or right. So he said to me this weekend..."ok...you're getting the Star Jones Bobble Head look....stop losing!"........That alarmed me!
What say you Fam?..........Anyone else dealing with this?

I say find the size you like best as a stopping place. Go on get smaller, you can always gain a little back should you not like it. Its wonderful to be able to choose.
As another 'tween' (not a newbie, not a vet, just in between) all I can say is I'm so jealous! That's my green eyed monster. Folks like you make it all sound quick and easy and to that I say ENJOY! (While me and MsLee . )
Monitor your intake. If you are healthy, eating well, have good labs, etc be greatful your metabolism is not shot to hell. Let the pounds drop until your body finds its own landing place; or, eat up and enjoy maintaining without having to diet. Imo,cutting exercise is never an option. We need it no matter our size.
Now if only I had your problem...
