This is only my second day of eating right and I did really well and i'm very proud of myself.

I even resisted Becca's mom trying to force me to eat pizza and cake.  Now that is something to really be proud of.

I knew they were going to be having pizza and other yummy stuff so I packed up my own food and took it with me and i'm glad I did cause they were wanting my food it looked and tasted so dam good.

Yeaaaaa you MsLee!

Bringing your food was a good idea.  I've done that too.  You showed them but good.

You've inspired me to get back on the low carb wagon.   I slipped up royally with the peanut butter on Friday.  No more un planned indulgences.

Today I'm back on plan after three days of high carbs at 70-80g and 11%-19% of total calories.  While I'm down for the month I'm up this week.  Carbs are the enemy for me.

I've layed out my plan for the week food and exercise.  Serious cutting back as of today.  I must get into ketosis.   Loose these 2 lbs gained, get back to my low weight, build in a cushion of at least 5 lbs.

Finally my clothes are fitting better again.  I won't be done untill everything is nicely loose.

Yesterday was rough! I had all my calories by 4:30 or 5:00pm which mean no more food for the rest of the day. I did not think I would make it not eating for so many hours because you know I was hungry as hell. My DH decided to feed me dinner early and i could not resist because I was hungry then..LOL> I stay hungry. I am learning to just be hungry and keep pushing forward. Cal, water, and vitamins were on track. No exercise yesterday, but I did do some light housework to get me through the long night without food. When does the hunger go away? If I wasn't hungry all the time this would be easy. LOL> I am glad to see you are getting back on track. A day of mishap can motivate us to get it back together. I know I had way too many over the last few months. Now I am back and trying not to give up again. I say I gave up around 6 months out to be honest. I have been this same weight since.
You can do this. You can do anything you set your mind to doing.

Its so tough but giving up will only send us backwards.  Glad you stayed busy and held strong.  My meal plan spreads the calories throughout the day.  I try and make sure I have 50% left after lunch and 25% left to take me from evening to bed time.

I made a mistake this week and let the peanut butter back in the house. Thankfully the nght eating seems to have passed.

I usually try to eat less during the day because I know I get super hungry during the evening. I did it again today. I ate my cal already, so now I have to go the rest of the night hungry. I hope I go to sleep earlier than yesterday. I am going to eat some veggies though and not just sit here wanting something.
