To be honest I was hoping for a 2 to 3 lb loss this week.  It did not happen.  Only lost .2 lbs.  In keeping it real, I should be greatful, jumping with joy, just plain happy. The scale is going in the right direction and if I continue to do right the weight will come off. Should have went to bed before I ate those skins.
Bottom line I will succeed. This is what I ate yesterday:

Could be worse.  You could have taken the bag of skins to bed like me.

Moving slow but moving is what matters.  you will get there in the end.  So far up 0.2 this week but its tom week so hoopefully next week I'll see a nice correction.

My carbs are over by about 3g for the second day in a row.  I'm not doing well holding to induction.  Tomorrow starts a day one yet again.  Other than that its a respectable day.

     Fat(g) 52%      Carbs(g) 7%      Net C(g)      Prot(g) 41%      KCals

No Mercy and No Excuses!  I will achieve my calorie burn for this week.  I've fallen short so far.  By the end of my week I will be whole again on the exercise front.

Trying to learn how not to eat when having stressful moments is not always easy, but I am really trying to keep it together. These dang kids just want to cry and fuss all day long. Yesterday I did okay. I was hungry during the first part of the day cause I wasn't being active. 2nd half of the day I was still hungry, but didn't eat too much. I still went over in calories, but not too far over to take me away from the prize at the end of the rainbow. My calories were 1510, carbs-149, fat 69, and protein was @ 66.  I was on point with my water. 2 bottles of crystal lt and 3 bottle of plain water. I got in my 30 mins of cardio. I even took the kids out to play and cleaned up a little. Vitamins were pretty good. Yesterday I would grade myself with an A- for food, A- for water, A for cardio, A for vitamins. All around A- for yesterday. I like this grading because it gives me an idea how I am doing each day. One day I will have a 4.0 ...,lol. I am trying to get there. I am going to continue to strive for excellence. My hard work will show. I have gained a couple pounds. Not sure what that is about. I guess my body was like whoa. Let me slap these two pounds back on even though you have not eaten enough for a two pound gain. LOL> Plus TOM Is over. So, I just say it is from the light weights and keep pushing forward..

Sounds like normal fluctuation, frustrating as it may be.  Hang in there.  Its so hard to break the stress eating habit.

The weight gain is normal fluctuation? Good to know. I am not even tripping. The weight in the scale is just something to look at, but my health and fitness means a whole lot more. I just like to see the numbers go down, but at the same time I know I am doing my best to stay motivated and make this a lifetime commitment.

I know I'm a problem child but when I see a slight fluctuation upwards it still sends a tremmor of panick through me.  We should have normal flux due to water, hormones, etc.  However, when loosing is always a struggle rational thinking can go out the window at times.  I'm trying to adopt your positive attitude.
