I was intending to go to his Sat morning boot camp session this weekend.... guess I did really good to have invested in my kettlebell DVDs cause Imma need em!!!! I won't be in NO MO boot camps!!! 

Dude must have been really desperate to call you for money at home not knowing you very well.     Ok, see you didn't give him the $100 to get the car fixed, you got out of that and only had to contribute the $5 for the gas.

I don't think I would tell him off unless he approached me again, at which time I would tell him to get his broke ass away from me.

He sounds like a hustler to me. Some men look for single women to hustle money from thinking they're desperate enough to fall for it because they crave attention from men. Not saying that's you or nothing like that.  Just my opinion.

he probably does this all the time, if you check with the other mothers or his co-workers,  i bet they have the same story. that's the same as the co-work who always jumps and orders lunch but never has money to pay, needs to go to the bank or conveniently left their wallet at home, i fixed them, i leave and don't ask them if they want any thing and if they ask me for money, i never have any change or bills or i am broke!
