We will be three weeks into 2011 on Friday.  Where physical fitness is concrned, how have you started the year off?

MsSoBlessed gave it to us straight.  Few can disagree; however, we have let each other slide since no one has taken on the daily exercise accountability thread.  Sooo, I will ask a few questions of my BAF family. 

TELL THE WHOLE TRUTH AND BE ACCOUNTABLE.

My answers:

*  Are you working out to the best of your best ability these days? 
No.  I have done a half @$$ed job of it recently. 

*  What are you doing well? 
I've done something which is better than nothing. 

*  What can you improve? 
I need get back to consistently working a targeted challenging program daily.   

*  Have you sought help if you need it? 
No.  The only help I need is to get off my @$$ first thing in the morning and do it.

Always,  I figure if i'm going to do it, i'm going to work the **** out of it.

What are you doing well? 
The only and I mean ONLY thing I am doing well now a days is working out.

What can you improve? 
I CAN STOP EATING LIKE A FREAKING PIG JUST BECAUSE I'M DEPRESSED THAT I CAN'T LOSE ANY WEIGHT.  LOL.

Have you sought help if you need it? 
I have been to so many dam doctors and they don't know ****  They honestly belive I don't workout and I eat all day.   I don't know how the hell to prove to them that that is the furtherst from the truth,  so I stopped wasting my time going and complaining.

 1 - HELL YES.  Kettlebell DVD yesterday, ran 5K this morning.  Tomorrow? DVD. 

2 - I kick AZZ on the strength training! 

3 - Water, eating - I am such a slider..... I will do well for like 5 days and then slide.... to the candy aisle.... to the bakery..... slllliiidddeeee LOL

4 - yep!  Trainers, doctors - whoever - if it ain't workin, I get somebody to help me fix it! 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

 Mack how do you like the Kettleworx dvds?  I had been thinking about them and meant to ask you when I saw you posted recently that you were starting the program.  Let me know I am wanting to try new things this year!

 Kettleworx?  LOVE IT!!!!!  I am a weight junkie and these workouts are the serious TRUTH!!!! It is definitely a program I can stick with and it's the first and only one I've done at home.... for real! lol - usually I can't exercise within 50 feet of a sofa...........

Great!  Do you have site you bought the dvds and kettleballs from?  I know you know the hookup...lol!

 ummm - it's kettleBELL - Imma need you to stop saying balls........   Here is the site I used below - I did not purchase my kettlebells from it - I have one I bought at Academy and one I bought at Wal Mart - I'd say get your Walmart on - Gold's Gym has a full line of at home fitness equipment.  So I got the DVD only set - 66.90 with shipping.

 LOL my bad...I need to slow my brain down.  LOL!  I will definitely check out Wal-Mart didn't think about them for the kettlebells.  I've seen them at Target and almost purchased some a few months ago but I figured I might use them to hit someone with and decided against it...LOL!!  

I will definitely be checking out the website...thanks!

30 mins a day/6 days a week is a good start to me. Even a little light weight 3x a week.
I am active all day and eating healthy and way less and not drinking alcohol.
I can increase my workouts and drink more water. 
I am just trying to help myself by staying active on this board. I think I am okay now with the whole not being able to eat. I went through a phase, but I think I am good now. I realize I can eat normal portions of food. I thought I would never be able to eat again, but now I know I can eat more now that before the surgery.
