I'm trying so hard to skip the night prowling for food.  Lord knows I don't need a new dysfunction. 

Green tea has caffine.  Look for decaf teas so it counts towards your water intake.  I don't drink much caffine.  As long as I get 64 oz of non caffinated liquids, I include it in my 80 oz total for the day. 

The rules exclude all caffine from your total liquids.  For the strictest adherence, you would add an equal amount of no caffine liquid for each caffinated beverage to cancel it out.  This is because caffine is a diuretic.  However, most of us don't drink enough caffine for this to be an issue.

 That's what I thought. I wasn't sure if green tea had caffeine. Thanks. What time does this extra snacking take place? Take yourself to bed. Think to self. If I don't eat this last portion of food I will wake up lighter. LOL. That is what  I have to tell myself when I get the urge to eat. If I just say no now I will be happy tomorrow seeing the scale go down a little more. My one pound up became a two pound down. I guess my body let it go after all. My arms are sore though. Someone said 2lb was not enough, but it is enough for me right now. I need to build myself to 10/15 lbs weight.

Not enough?  I disagree.  Two lbs is plenty to start.  You should feel muscle fatigue at your last set.  When it gets easy you increase the weight.  I've been at free weights for almost 2 years but I can only handle 8 lbs.  More than enough for my arms to be toned. 

Arrgh, my night eating.  The time varies but its after midnight so I am waking up heavier like weighing mid day.  I try to eat from 9am-9pm.  When I eat at night I don't want food until after eleven at the earliest.   My body clock is off these days.  Sometime I end up eating from 1pm-1am. 

Damnit I want to wake up lighter.  I build reserve the calories so I don't over eat but I need to stop after my 9pm feeding.

 I def. feel muscle fatigue. My arms are sore, and tomorrow I will so it all over again. I am sure it will take some time before I need to move up in weight. 
So what I understand is that you not really snacking, but you start eating later in the day so end up eating later into the morning. So, when you weigh yourself at 1pm that is your true weight?

Fatigue is good.  Strain from too much weight is bad.  You do it girl.  Free weights will have you looking so toned. 

I spent decades on weight machines trying to lift more and more.  When health issues forced me to use lighter weights I learned that free weights activate more muscle.  I should have been combining the two.  That's the benefit of a trainer vs do it yourself pre internet, lol. 

I weigh myself early most days but always well before noon.  I guess with what I eat, realistically its not a big deal for the scale. Things like 1oz cream cheese with 1/2 oz pork skins.   Besides, I take a pill with water by 6 am so I'm not truly on empty.  I need to get back to 9-9 and weighing before my early meds.
