Each of us needs to figure what makes for weight loss and maintenance for ourselves. The opinions and theories out there on various forums mean little if they are not effective for you personally. Understand how you best loose the lbs and maintain your wl. Listen to what your body tells you

I still don't have my vits straight but I'll order them in the morning. One day down, thirteen to go for Atkins induction. Not sure how this shot of bourbin fits in. Perhaps its no days down, fourteen to go. I'll have to look it up.
Any way you put it, I'm starting the year ok. I'm within five lbs of my low again. Hopefully this time no wight gain will kick in. Regardless, I'm sticking to plan. I will get back below goal and then some.

Alcohol is a no no for atkins first two weeks of induction. I am staying clean of the alcohol until I reach goal. I know that is one reason for all the gain, lack of energy, and food cravings. Now I am One week not having a drink and one week of being back on track.
