This Sunday, I really AM going to cook......lol
Got a recipe for beef stew that has sweet potato, carrot, and peas in it. I'm going to pair it with a wild/brown rice mixture - hopefully it will be hearty and good! We shall see!

That does sound hearty and good. I've got chicken legs defrosted to stick in the oven. I'll split the package and curry half, bbq half. Veg is canned or frozen. Thanks for the cyber meal it is delicious. I'l be back later for cyber seconds (cyber greedy is allowed
