Where do you get your support/motivation from?

Losing weight is a struggle when you do it alone, but when you have someone in your corner pushing you forward it can keep you motivated. Thanks to MSW I have not given up! I know that I can turn to OH to help answer questions when I don't know something. I get motivated some days to exercise watching Biggest loser, and now I am even more motivated because I have a trip to Florida planned for the summer.

You are too sweet luv!  Glad I can help.  If I did not have OH and BAF to air my frustrations every day I don't know how I would make it.

Some days motivation is harder to come by than others.  Success is my best motivator.  The better I do, the better I want to do.  When I slip its because I'm working my program and not seeing results.

Second in line is fear of failure.  I don't want to ever go back where I started.  When I slip, visions of being shaped like winnie the pooh once again usually get me to pull myself together.

Oh yeah! Seeing the scale move up ten pounds was a motivation too. I could see 300 approaching at a fast rate. I don't ever ever ever ever ever want to go back there again.

The only thing that motivates me is my tight ass jeans and my arms.   I love the way my arms look and it is what makes me P90X every single day.

On days when I don't want to get up and workout I will usually look at my calendar on the wall and think about how many days I have before something and how long I have been fat, and I hate that the time is getting longer and longer of my being fat and I want to stop that.

I don't even know if that makes any dam sense.   I don't know what motivates me.  I just do it damit.

It makes perfect sense.  When my weight is up or unstable I count the days too.  We are mental cases for real.

You are just motivated  not to go back to where you were before. I heard that! Keep on with your bad self. P90X every day is serious. I hear that workout is intense.

Cheesy answer time: My main motivation is my daughter. She is only a toddler now, but I want to be a good influence on her as far as being healthy, and I want to be able to do activities with her and keep up with her.

That cheesy answer is one of the best reasons ever to stay motivated.

When I do what is needed for my continued weight loss and health I beat back the risk of diabetes and heart disease. I love to travel and plan to see the world and I won't be able to do so like I want while in a wheel chair and/or on a cane. I don't want any barriers to the way I want to live. Oh yeah, not having to shop in plus sizes anymore.

I hear you about not shopping in plus size. Sometimes I forget I can really fit in smaller sizes. Thanks for sharing.
