Always - Pork skins. Easy to carry and eat; satisies me quickly with one or two servings; gives the crispy texture lacking in most protein foods; substitutes as a cracker for tuna salad, peanut butter, spreads and dips.
Never - Single serving snacks packaged by the box. It becomes how many single servings can I eat. Before I know it I have grazed away one package at a time. Far worse than if I had bought a large bag and weighed my portion each time. I try and stick to buying one single serving at a time.
