Happy Surgiversary to me!!!
Hello everyone!
Today is my 7th year anniversary. I am not where I want to be yet but I am still trying. I started out at 342 and weighed in this morning at 151. So that means I've lost 191 lbs. I weighed in, before Christmas, at 143 lbs. When I had the surgery I was wearing a size 34/36 and now I wear size 8 and some 6's.
I'm starting to gain but I am taking it one day at a time, trying to make sure I exercise, get my water in, my protein in, and be mindful of my junk food intake. The junk food has been my problem since Christmas but like I said I'm taking it one day at a time.
