Have you planned out your meals for today sothat you can stay within the rules of your surgery?

Okay so what's on your menu for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner? I want 2 hear the good, bad & ugly!

I ran out of the house this am but I did nuke a hamburger patty for a quick protein fix for breakfast. I packed Chili for lunch with an orange and Light Yogurt for snacks. Not sure about Dinner yet...but there's plenty of leftovers (baked pork chop, green beans etc..) in the fridge and I want to demolish those before cooking anything else.

I had a protein shake, 2 cups of coffee and a piece of sausage for breckfast, packed a salad with 1/2 boiled egg & a little chicken on top for lunch, 5 ritz crackers and 1/2 bananna .I just can't give up the crackers yet they are a weakness. 

I'm not sure what's for dinner I may make the corned beef and cabbage but by the time it finishes cooking it will be time to go to sleep so I'll play it by ear maybe broil a steak and more salad.

Good Morning BAF!

Nope, I haven't planned out my meals for the day.  I'm just going to go with the flow.

Breakfast - raisin bran with 2% milk  (Now I'm just waiting for the fiber and milk to kick in)

Lunch - 1/2 tuna sandwich (1 slice of multi grain bread toasted, 1/2 slice of pepper jack cheese, lettuce, 1 tomato slice, and 2 slices of red onion.  Also 4 carrot sticks and 4 sweet pickles!!

Dinner - Still thinking.....

I have planned out my meals as to what I will possibly eat today.  My plans are large but most times I do not eat it all.  However I find that if I list everything it gives me a choice as to what to not eat.  Lately its been working well as my final choices are leaning more toward the positive.

I've already started bad on protein bars instead of proper food.  Other than that its been a little liverwurst and some pork skins.

Later I plan to fix a piece of beef and/ or some chicken livers.  We'll see once I lay out the whole day.
