Hello everyone.......

I haven't visited this site in a while. But this is where I recieved so much support and met so many beautiful people.......so, I tend to come and visit from time to time. I pray that everyone is doing well and maintaining. This continues to be a daily journey, but I am glad to report that I am yet winning!!!!!! NO weight gain. I'm not the healthiest.....I need to do better, BUT.......I am keeping my weight down.  I don't have the time, but I guess updating my profile would be in order. I'll get to that eventually. Just wanted to say hello to the "old timers" and those who are just beginning this journey.........YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!
