What personal rules have you set based on your own particular issues? We need the rules. We need the basics. They are there to save us from ourselves. Tell the whole truth and be accountable. Do you stick to the basics every day? Do you set additional rules of your own to avoid self sabatage?
Rules suck @$$. It can feel like a prison keeping us from doing as we please. Yet doing as we please is its own prison. Not just imprisoned in fat; but, imprisoned by the desire for excess over saiety. That feeling of never having enough. Masking your emotions. Which is the more miserable state?

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
SO far I had a bow of Special K with milk and I am having an orange now. I will have Chili I made for lunch. I have a mozarella stick and light yogurt in the bag for snacking. I know that the CARBS are my main issue but my main focus is staying under 1200 calories and exercise. I know that the carbs keeps me at the stall. So far my intake look like the following bases on what I just reported. I also realized that i already had an account at Fat Secret...and was able to find some of the tracking I did before. It was definitely a good feeling to see that I weigh much less than I did the last time I was on the site.

Where were all of you when I was goin carb crazy? Well I'll tell you where, exercising, eating right, drinking your water and losing weight. Sorry I didn't have the courage to tell all. It would have helped me come back sooner. Thanks for being real..

Girlfriend, you've been around long enough to know that we are NEVER fkcu'n up alone . That's just one reason I post this thread. It started as an all about me thing.
