Sugar alcohols raised my total carbs but net carbs are doing just fine.  Hopefully I am hitting ketosis today or its good bye to sugar alcohols.

Where are you getting your stats or doing your tracking? I have an account with Fitday and Sparklepeople. Sparklepeople is nice in that I could download the app to my Ipad. I am always open to trying new trackers though.

I use fatsecret.com because it syncs with blackberry.  Most of all, more accurate and fewer duplicates than many other sites.  I just copy and paste the day's summary.  The down side is the exercise tracker.  It is not nearly as detailed as most others but you can add your own activities daily.

 I felt a little twinge in my left wrist when I was doing my pull ups, and it really sucks because it's as if every other dam day I have some new ache or some returning pain.

I am trying to expand my back so that my hips and waist look smaller and now I can't pull myself up today.   It's frustrating.

Your waist is tiny and your back and shoulders are already broad and buff.  Get out of those hoodies and show off that shape girl. 

Take care of that wrist.  You know better than I do that there is more than one method of working your back muscles.
