You too can do this in three easy steps

Fix your meal with more food than you know you can or should eat in one sitting.
Step two:
Once full, allow time for the food to leave your pouch.
Step three:
Finish the remander as soon as it is comfortable to do so.
Thats it! Just remain with your plate and draw out your meal until its all gone. You are on your way to serious weight gain complete with regret.

I had a full plate and put it down half way through cause I was full. Then I almost went back to it. Caught myself so it will be my 9pm feeding.

I'm keeping the carbs down but I am still way out of control. Even eating through my OA meetings. How sad is that.
