My ratios are where I need them to be. Barely eeked in the minimum protein. No plain water but I made my liquids for the day. Most important, I'm keeping the carbs in check. I had no sugar at all yesterday for the first time in about two weeks.
Sugar has become the devil . Before wls I was not heavy into sweets. Now I like everything sweet. My limited carbs should come from veg.
Thankfully there is liquid splenda. Unlike the granular which has around 2 cal/ 1 carb per packet, it is really 0 cal/ 0carb. When you use as much as I do it matters.

Thanks for the Tip MSW! I use Splenda a lot too. I knew that it was not a good idea from a post I read soem time ago...but it was hard to cut back seeing that I bought a huge supply from Costcos. I will try the liquid. Sweets is my weakness too. Surprized that I did okay for the Holidays though. I did not cook which helped. I went to family members homes so there were no leftover cakes and pies at my place.
Granular spenda, 96 cal per cup because of the fillers to make it powdered. I would use one cup per quart of sweet tea wasting 200 calories in a day. I get the liquid on amazon.com. Pricey for my budget but I suck it up cause I want the sweet without the calories.

I don't know that I eat anything that I would use a liquid sweetner in. I only use Splenda in my oatmeal, 3 packs I use. Becca uses Splenda in our flaxseed pancakes but that is it.
Does this liquid have any and be completey honest, does it have any after taste at all? Cause I can NOT do after taste.

I too thank u for the splenda tip. My carbs are high and my protein low but it was just a poor combination. Take care Z
