I so have been checking out the before and after pics on the site and I said to myself  I wonder had I not started lifting weights would I have gotten below 180 but then I started to think that if I didnt start lifting weights when I did ,I would Have alot of bat wings and what ever other wings come along with WLS. Makes me wonder should I have waited to get to like 170 and then started working out. Nevertheless Im truly happy with the results thus far. JUST THINKING !!

You fellas can fill out that excess skin by bulking up with muscle.  Most of us ladies want tone without the bulk. 

Either way, working out is mandatory.  Fat or thin, toned muscle helps you look and feel your best.

you should be proud...I'm doin cardio(walk/runs) 5 evenings a week and loving it ...it too tones and defines I'm finding. My muscles seem a bit weak when lifting but I have incorporated weights as well and oh yeah the protein is key.

That is on my mind also.  I am just starting out on my journey, almost 3 month down.  I workout cardio and do a little weights now but wonder should I push more, since they say the more muscle the more calories you burn.  But I want to get to my goal, only time will tell.  In the end healthy and happy is where I want to be.
