I saw Tony Horton on QVC yesterday and seeing all the P90X hype got me so pumped. I did my workout after the show and I did my workout this morning.
I have been fast forwarding the workouts and not doing the rests to speed up the workouts because for some reason i'm finding it really difficult to stay focused for a entire hour.
I did my plank yesterday and I am still at a perfect half minute and it is perfect I mean beautiful with no ass sticking up or anything. I am going for perfection on these planks that is why i'm going for short times. I am working on a 45 seconds starting next week.
I am not even thinking about my eating because I had See's candy yesterday and I have a half a snickers under the couch pillow right now and I hid a reese's cup and can't remember where the hell I put it. but as soon as I do it's gone.
Workouts are still good, Food is still bad.

Seriously though my focus is off too because I fell out of sync with the flu. Since I was never luv'n insanity its hard to get back on track. I need to excellerate and get irt over with.
I'm doing low planks. I can do a perfect 30-45 seconds. Going for a full minute.
