Good Afternoon All and Happy New Year!!!

It's been a while since I've been on the board. I would like to welcome all the new folks and congrats to all who have had their  surgery.  Please whatever you do don't forget your vitamins, water and protein. I am almost 5 years out and I still drink my water and take my vitamins.  I have been recently looking in to a tummy tuck so please wish me luck with that one.

hi demi!

thanks for sharing your advice.  have you found that your skin has lost alot of elasticity in other areas?  i am worried that i will look a hot mess and have to look into plastic surgery.  im thinking about my arms and legs. my tummy im fine with because i had kids and that be the hardest to lose. any suggestions?

No my skin has not lost alot of elasticity but I have a bad hang in my stomach which cause me to have to buy bigger pants I hate that.  My arms have minor hang skin with weight lifting I can work that off. I have no suggestion about your stomach because that is the hardest part for me too due to having kids also.

Hi there! I don't remember you from before but welcome back!

I'm a new post-op and tha****er and vitamin thing is HARD. I'm desperately trying to make sure I get it all in. I have incorporated protein drinks now and it's not easy. It's very interesting, this journey isn't as "easy" as it seems. Happy New Year to you and the best of luck with your tummy tuck.

Yeap the water and vitamin thing is hard.  I still have a hard time something getting in all my water.  As for my protien I eat alot of foods HIGH in protein which covers some of the shake that I don't drink. Best of luck to you also.
