So can I, lol.  Probably tuna with cream cheese (in place of mayo) and pork skins as my 'crackers'.

I'm not big on full fat mayo and I need to add more fat to my diet.  I find regular cream cheese with drieds herbs, onion powder, and a few drops of lemon juice or crystalized lemon is a good substitute.  It tastes richer, more like a dip for the same calories.

2 pieces of bake chicken strips.  I string cheese and water for lunch.  I hate protein shakes but trying to choke one down this morning.

A finally chopped piece of corned beef and maybe an ounce of cabbage or peaches. I'll also be attempting to finish up the protein drink I made this morning. It's quite tasty, it's just a bit too sweet. next go round I'll probably limit the sugar-free caramel syrup and a pack of truvia that I put in there.
