Tell the whole truth and be accountable. Are you still thinking like an obese person instead of like someone working to overcome obesity? Are you all caught up in a new year and creating a new you that you have not paid attention to today? Make your plans for the year but never forget it is these single days that will make 2011 a succesful year for you.
Take time to evaluate your mindset each day. Does your behavior support your objectives? Give yourself a grade and be brutally honest. BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR YOUR ACCOMPLISHEMENTS AND YOUR CLUSTERFKCUS EVERY SINGLE DAY. This is how you bring those promises for the new year into fruition.

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
No time to log on New Year's Eve and this is going to be a quick one as opposed to my usual long windedness, lol.
Day before yesterday: Not too bad but not impressive. Still not off the carbs but calories doing ok in maintenance range.
Yesterday: Ate bad. Calories reasonable but all the wrong foods on so many levels.
Today: Started at a NYE party and will end getting in late after traveling. It will not be pretty but I will keep calories in check.
Tomorrow: Will be on point. Starting back on Atkins. Pulling it together. Slaying the carb dragon.
Did I say this was going to be quick? LOL!
Started my morning positive with tea n lemon and 1/2 lean muscle protein. Later I'll add a boiled egg and grilled chicken salad. Plans are to eat shrimp scampi for dinner. DH trying to sabatoge wanting me to make pumpkin cookies, I will think about trying to be balanced but cookies are my achilles heel. I will post full detail later.
