HAPPY NEW YEAR...NEW YOU...NEW BAF TOO?? Well if we want it

Hi My Dear BAF

It is a new year and our beloved BAF is on life support.  We all came here when we needed support and we grew so close that began to refer to ourselves as family.    I can remember so many of us talking on the chat line and having a good ole time. 

I can remember almost busting a staple after my surgery laughing at some of the crazy **** that was said on here.   I can remember such horrible fights that everyone was turning on everyone and we all turned on a one single person at one time or the other.

I can still remember my hater who constantly sent me hate mail and still occassionally does, and I recall being accused of making it all up.  

There has been some attention *****s, photo *****s, ***** *****s, but even with all our differences and our idiosyncrasies we found that we not only had our WLS and nationality in common, but we all have the worse part of it all, trying to maintain weight loss which is a ***** !!!

I miss BAF,  if you all miss it like I do then do us all a favor and stop by sometimes and say hi, or post a thread, or start some **** just come by.  

I LOVE YOU MY BAF FAMILY    I MISS YALL 

You miss those old days while I missed those days, lol.  It took me a few YEARS to find BAF but I am so glad I did.  It was far more active even then and I got a damn good laugh when the old heads started fighting. 

Lets keep on being there for each other.  We can't get what BAF provides on any other forum.  Its about more than weight loss.

Happy New Year my super skinny sister in the daily struggle who I almost can't stand because i'm jealous.

I will get there one day if I ever stop gaining and loosing this same damned 15 lbs repeatedly. 

I'm gonna be an anorexic stick figure if it kills me.    That's not me dancing.  I'm just too skinny to stand up straight. 

Happy New Year Lee and everybody I'm guilty of not being around as much but I do lurk every once in awhile. You can still hit me up I will answer.

I'll be on here more often now. The work life has calmed down and I'm looking forward to getting to know some folk.

Take it easy. Make everyday in 2011 count.

Set some some realistic goals and dream of new heights for yourselves.

I have some big goals for this year, some i'll make some I won't, but i'm gonna really try hard.

I remember spending hours on BAF pre surgery and post. I didn't post a lot, but I was an active lurker. Two and a half years later, and I'm darn near MIA. As long as I still have goals to achieve and can offer or gleam from the experience of others, I will make more of an effort to be a part of the BAF family.
