Continued Holiday Greetings BAF!

On the sixth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me...   Six geese a-laying, five go-old rings!  Four calling birds, three French hens, two turtle doves, and a partridge in a pear tree MERRY CHRISTMAS! 


Back to normal living yet or are you waiing until the new year?    Tell the whole truth and be accountable.   Why and/ or for what do you wait?  Why have you not yet had your fill of holiday indulgences?  Why are you thinking like an obese person instead of like someone working to overcome obesity promoting behaviors. 

It is time to change out mindsets.  Rejoice, relax, and e
njoy the twelve days of Christmas, the seven days of Kwanzaa, and/ or what ever you may celebrate.  Its not all about food.  Discover what the non obese world focuses on.  Then share that secret with the rest of us.

Yesterday

Much better.  Within the maintenance range for my ideal weight depending on the calculation method used.  Still over my ideal weight maintenance range for my selected calculation method.  (I use 'ideal' as target.  Sigh, someday...) Were it not for a soy latte, I would be within 35 calories of my target.

I have stopped playing the @$$ as my dear late granny would say.   Five days of holiday eating is enough.  Today will be harder because I did some late night eating.  These calories will have to come out of the rest of the day.  I will make up the calorie surplus since last Sunday by this coming Sunday.   At worst I may have a break even week. 

There will be no weight gain for Christmas and next week its back to active weight loss.  I have to loose this weight gain and I have to gain a 10 lb cushion to insulate me against my insane 15 lb weight fluctuations.

Moving right along.  Skipped gym last night and night before....ughhh.  BUT, got a make up plan.  It's already on the calendar.  Still holding around goal range.  Planning to start running again beginning of new year.

I am back on the shakes today too.  I've scheduled my work outs and I've made a plan for the week.  Must keep moving.

So far so good BAF.  Started getting it back together a couple of days ago.  Havent gotten into an exercise route yet though I know it's gotta happened but I'm taking my vitamins and working at getting in my 70gms of protein, journaling, making wise food choices and drinking my water.
