LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Today is my NO MERCY AND NO EXCUSES DAY. It is time to get back on my program. I've cut the starchy carbs and sugar to one serving of each today. Tough given I've eated what ever I wanted for five straight days.
My weight is waaaay up there as is my girth. The endocrinologist is trying to figure out this persistent 15 lb weight fluctuation. But its still up to me to get back on track. This weight gain is a problem I've had since five weeks post op. It happens regardless of what I eat or do not eat and no matter how much I exercise. Still, I can not make excuses. Play time is over.

No workout. I swapped my off day so I've got to move today through Sunday. By the end of the week this calorie surplus I am running will be wiped out.

But I will only do it when I absolutely don't feel like doing an hour of P90X.
My food is ok, I mean the liquid diet is working well as you know.
